These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bd9io platform and all its services. When you create an account on bd9io or use its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use bd9io's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These conditions are strictly enforced and apply in accordance with applicable law.
1.1 Eligibility Conditions
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must have an active bank or mobile banking account in your own name.
- You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- Each individual may operate only one account.
- You must provide accurate and genuine identity information.
- bd9io employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate on this platform.
1.2 Age Verification
bd9io reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. Valid government-issued identification such as a national ID card or passport may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is completed.
Account Registration
A personal account is required to access services on bd9io. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- All information provided during account creation must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Multiple accounts under one person's name are not permitted; duplicate accounts will be closed and any deposits may be voided.
- It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Depositing into an account using funds from a third party is not allowed.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bd9io will never ask for your password via email or chat.
2.3 KYC Verification
To ensure secure transactions, bd9io may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may include verification of a national ID card, proof of address, or payment method. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC is not completed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
bd9io supports transactions through all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on bd9io:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — A mobile financial service authorised by the postal department.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking platform.
- Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile wallet service.
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
3.2 Limits & Timeframes
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 across all methods.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
- KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
- The deposit and withdrawal accounts must belong to the same owner — use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
3.3 Transaction Policy
bd9io reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and the authorities will be notified.
Bonuses & Promotions
bd9io offers bonuses for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
- 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: A deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
- Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is still active, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited.
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — expired bonuses will be removed automatically.
- Attempting to collect bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- bd9io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
4.3 VIP Program
bd9io's three-tier VIP program offers exclusive benefits to loyal members:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
VIP tier advancement depends on account activity and overall participation on the platform. VIP cashback is part of the bonus system and wagering requirements apply.
Gameplay Rules
The following rules must be followed when playing sports betting, casino games, slots, and live dealer games on bd9io.
5.1 General Gaming Policy
- All game outcomes depend on a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live event results — no outcome is predetermined.
- If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, bd9io reserves the right to reclaim that amount.
- The use of game cheating tools, bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited.
- If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game will resume from the last saved state in the system.
5.2 Sports Betting
- Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official result of the relevant event.
- If an event is postponed or cancelled, stakes will be refunded where applicable.
- Any bet placed using incorrect scores or results will be voided.
- bd9io reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.
5.3 Live Casino
Live dealer games are conducted in real time. Once a bet is confirmed at a live table, it cannot be changed. The dealer's decision is considered final.

- Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
- Coordinated or strategic betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
- Deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
- Attempting to break into the system through hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
- Using another user's identity or providing fraudulent information.
- Knowingly exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
bd9io reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.
9.1 Reasons for Account Suspension
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
- Suspicious financial transactions or possibility of money laundering.
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period (as per the relevant policy).
- Orders or requests from legal authorities.
9.2 Account Closure at User's Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. All pending wagering and withdrawals must be settled before closure.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
A management fee may apply to the balance of accounts that have been inactive for a long time. The definition of an inactive account and details of the fee are outlined in the relevant policy and are subject to change.
Limitation of Liability
bd9io always strives to ensure the quality of its services. However, our liability is limited in the following matters.
10.1 Service Availability
- bd9io reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons.
- bd9io is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
- bd9io will bear no liability in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
10.2 Financial Liability
bd9io is only liable for transactions directly affected by a technical error. bd9io bears no liability for indirect losses, lost profits, or speculative damages. Our maximum liability will never exceed the actual balance amount used in the relevant incident.
Changes to Terms
